Email Not Populating automatically in Delegated account

I hope this email finds you well. As discussed over the phone, I am reaching out to report an issue that I have been experiencing with a Google delegated account. I kindly request your assistance in resolving it as soon as possible.

The problem I am encountering relates specifically to Google contacts for a delegated account. When I search an email address in the delegated Google account, it is not getting auto populated anymore. However if I search the contact in the primary account it is getting auto populated. I was using this feature regularly before it stopped working altogether. This issue has been persisting for one month now. It significantly hampers my ability to utilize Google services effectively.

To provide you with more context, I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps in an effort to resolve the problem:

- Accessed the Google account using Google Chrome. 

- Turning on the directory and contact sharing from the admin console

Despite my best efforts, the issue persists.
