Forward G-suite accounts

Hey

We changed our domain in G-suite, now everyone has a new email account. 
Gmail workspace looks the same, also email history, and Google Drive stayed the same without losing any data. 

My question is- what about those websites we are logged in to with our Gmail account? 
Do we need to go one by one and change the email account manually? 

We have thousands of tools and websites that we use, we want to make sure that there is an automatic way to do it, without losing any of the data inside the account or history...
