Dear team,
we do use the global signature within our use base. The current settings are that each user is using his / her own settings to provide the personal details such as name, position and phone number. All other information are provided via the compliance board. Following issues coming up know:
1. If the user does reply to an email conversation his / her signature part gets shown below the message send BUT the global signature get added on the bottom of the whole conversation. There is no solution provided by your support team. From our point of view this is a crucial setting which should be available to adjust as data critical parts (Latest version of Disclaimer, GTC etc are not visible to the person we are written with unless he gets down to the bottom part of the mail conversion).
2. Is there an option to setup mailing GROUPS so each group of users are getting a different compliance based signature? This is might not only be helpful for us. Different employees do have contact to different sales areas so the global signature can be adopted to those groups more efficiently.

Hi Mike,
For your first problem, have you tried the Gmail option of " Insert signature before quoted text in replies and remove the "--" line that precedes it." this should push the signature before the quoted text.
2- Have you tried replying as the group from the web interface?

thanks for your message. This settings Iยดm question are related to the global settings, not the user settings. The option with "Insert Signature before quoted text..." is not available within the admin area signature part. Google could not assist on several occasions, they simple do not offer this option yet. Very strange in my eyes as every mail traffic should indicate the proper signature within the answer send.
