Currently, despite having Chat open continuously and outside the browser as a standalone application, our organization’s users are still shown as disconnected. We have already configured notifications, yet in many cases, calls or messages do not trigger the desired notification for various actions. I would also like to know if it is possible to create true desktop notifications, so they are shown outside a Chrome, Chat, or Meeting window. Right now, notifications only appear when we have a window open and not minimized.Thank you, and I hope we can find a solution to these issues soon!
