Google Form

I am trying to submit a google form but it is asking me to sign in with a google account. 

Is there a way where I can fill a form without google account?

@kd1 that's an option of the form creator.  There are features such as upload and limiting responses that trigger requiring a login. -KAM

I am wanting a way to upload photos without having to get people to sign into a gmail account. It worked just fine before, but now when I ask for a company logo to be uploaded, they have to sign into a email account.
