Google Meet ISP Network - Live Metric System

Hi all, I am hoping this can reach the Developers. 

I have been using Google meet for the past 3 years and I am very happy user. But one issue we always face is when joining a Meet we tend to waste time trying to figure out who has bad network... Is it possible to implement a Live Metric System showing who has good or bad network? that every joined user can monitor - to avoid the blame game?
