I am having an idea for google , I don't know weather it exists

why can't google help for public in public areas.

Google have to create "Google help " app for public 

This app will provide emergency services like calling "Cops, ambulance , firestations, sop" like that .

This app also directly connected to near by emergency units it self ,by turning on location .

so ,I don't know weather this app exists in Google .

Actually I am having some more content to share you .

can you please tell me any updates for my idea (or) suggestion for this.

This sounds like a good idea for an app you could develop yourself. See https://developer.android.com (and https://developer.apple.com/learn/ if you wanted to also think about developing for iOS) to get started.
