Google workspace sandbox environment

Hi all,

My team is trying to automate adding and deleting users into Google workspace using Terraform and we keep running into the issue of Google suspending new users every time we add a new user. Google suspends these users because we frequently add and delete users into this workspace for the purpose of testing. 
Is there any way to avoid having our users being suspended as it's impacting our ability to test our solution

This is an edge case I've not heard of before. 

- Have you opened a support ticket asking them to A) confirm they are doing it, and B) stop suspending your users? 

- What's the volume you are doing with this?

- Are you working with a reseller?  In my $dayjob, I work at Ditoweb.com and we can help you get a free sandbox for testing alongside your existing workspace licenses.  That might help as well.
