HTML Signature Dose not support please add this feature

Hi,
We want to create an html coded signature by getting user details from the google workspace directory but the main problem is google workspace email signature does not support html codes.

On the other hand, we don't want to pay any more price for a 3rd party marketplace software to organize it.

For example, Microsoft Exchange has a solution for that called Mailflow and with this option, we can add an html coded footer to specific users & groups.

How can we manage this kind of request on Google Workspace?

Another option is to manually guide users to set up HTML signatures in their email clients (e.g., Gmail settings). While not ideal, these methods can help achieve your goal without additional costs. Consider providing feedback to Google to add this feature natively!

Google Workspace email signature currently lacks native support for fully automated HTML signatures directly from the directory, which can be frustrating. A possible workaround is using a script with Google Apps Script to generate and apply a company google workspace email signature dynamically. Otherwise, third-party solutions might still be the most efficient option, despite the added cost. Hopefully, Google will consider adding a built-in feature similar to Microsoft’s Mailflow in the future.
