How to add Kazakh to the list of interface languages for to gmail, classroom, gemini?

Hi, 

My company is a Google reseller partner here in Kazakstan. We sell to educational and commercial organizations. Most of the Google Workspace applications provide Kazakh language in the list of interface languages, but not within Gmail, Classroom, Gemini. A lot of our users, mostly teachers ask to add Kazakh language as an interface language.
