I can't login to google workspace

I can't log in to my google workspace account anymore, before that I received a notification that I couldn't pay for my domain email service renewal, but I can't log in. I tried to send help to google workspace, but all the instructions required me to log in to google workspace to continue. Now I really don't know what to do, can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you very much.

if your google workspace account was suspended due to unpaid billing, you won’t be able to log in or access admin tools until the payment issue is resolved

since you can’t log in, here’s what you can try:

  1. go to this link as the domain owner (no login required):
    https://support.google.com/a/contact/recovery_form

  2. fill out the form with your domain name, email, and details — google may help you recover access or restore the billing

  3. if your account was suspended for a while, it’s possible data is at risk of deletion — act quickly

  4. if you used a reseller for your workspace plan, try contacting them directly to reactivate your subscription
