I urgently need a tool to migrate a domain from one workspace to another and keep all emails, drive files, privileges and permissions intact

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it’s not easy, honestly. It’s largely a matter of exporting all those users’ data and reimporting it. There are various third-party tools, that purport to make it somewhat easier, at least for some parts of the data, but it’s imperfect at best. Examples include:

For Google Drive data: DryvIQ (formerly SkySync) is probably the most well known. https://dryviq.com

For Gmail data: Google’s GWMME tool--https://support.google.com/a/answer/6305431?hl=en

etc.

Getting help with this from one of the larger Google consultants/resellers like Amplified IT or Burwood might make a whole lot of sense.

To add to what @icrew outlined, removing a domain from Google Workspace is a very tricky process.

If not done correctly, there is a serious risk of losing access to data. Not only on core things like email delivery but also on 3rd party systems (any system accessed via a "sign-in with Google" option).

It will also complicate access to other Google Services like Google Analytics/Google Ads.

So it's best to contact a Google Reseller or Partner to handle the process.
