Não consigo cancelar o domínio

Olá, pessoal!

Estou há dias tentando cancelar esse domínio e não consigo.

Não tem telefone, não tem email e o chat não disponibiliza suporte.

Como seguir??

Hi Carolina, I don't know if I can be of much help but where did the domain come from?

For example, if gotten through Google Domains, try reading https://support.google.com/domains/answer/6202231?hl=en and https://support.google.com/domains/answer/6313602?hl=en (which is also canceling the Google Workspace in connection to Google Domains). 

Google Workspace has their own support via https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en (ie instructions that tells you how to contact them) and they might be able to tell you if the domain is through Google Domains or not.
