Need assistance

Hi,

I have a workspace account I have created, with 2 users, 1 admin the other just a user, and I can't log in with the user, it asks for a code from mobile, I provide the code and then it says "It looks like someone else might be trying to access your Google Account. For your protection, you can't sign in at the moment. Try again later or sign in from a different device.

Every time I try to log in it continues to block, I have tried other devices and I have waited for days to then log in as it asked me and nothing, I can log in easily with the admin, I have noticed that it says there is an error on the users page on admin but it doesn't explain anything.

Can someone help me please, I really need assistance.

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
