It would be useful if Google Workspace's Admin Console provided a feature that enabled the transfer of ownership of photos and photo albums, similar to the existing functionality for transferring ownership of Google Drive files and folders.

Photos is a non-core (Consumer) service, unfortunately, therefore we as Workspace admins have no control of the contents there, even though Google bills us for the storage used. See https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Workspace-Q-A/Google-Photos-quota-and-having-it-both-ways/td... for a post I wrote over 6 months ago about this issue. Google still hasn't addressed it.
