If you have Enterprise or Enterprise Plus you can do a search for Drive event and the event to be changed to external view I believe. You have to take into consideration that the report will only show events for the last 6 months. That is a limitation, alternative you can do the same task with GAM: https://github.com/taers232c/GAMADV-XTD3/wiki/Users-Drive-Permissions

Thanks for your comment. We have Google Workspace Business Standard and that's probably why I can't create a good report. In addition, I am a designer and unfortunately not a developer, so the code solution is beyond my reach 😉 But thanks again for your thoughts!
