Request for Assistance with Accessing and Editing Google Site Linked to Inactive Workspace Account

Dear Google Support Team,

We previously had an active Google Workspace subscription for our startup, HandiAds. However, due to budget constraints, we were unable to continue with the subscription, especially since we only required two work email accounts. As a result, we have now moved our professional email services to Hostinger, where we also purchased our domain.

During our time with Google Workspace, we created a free Google Site for our business. While the site remains publicly accessible, I am currently unable to edit or manage it because it is still linked to our inactive Workspace account. Since Google Sites is a free tool, we were hoping to continue using and managing the site independently of Workspace.

We would greatly appreciate your guidance or any possible solution that would allow us to regain editing access to our site without requiring a paid Workspace plan.

Thank you for your support and understanding.

Warm regards,

Hiten Patadiya

On behalf of HandiAds

@Hiten_Patadiya Google Sites isn't free to my knowledge.  I believe it's a core service for workspace.

You probably need to re-establish access to the workspace and get the content and shut down the old site. How long has it been since you canceled workspace?
