Hello, I desperately need help!
I've had my google domain for many years about 13 or so. Its arlaranch.com, recently i accepted a trial from workspace and since then due to non payment which i've always been on auto pay for my domain so i went into my admin console and seen the non payment thing for 78.00 i was shocked! i only pay 10.00 a year. Then i seen the workspace thing that i had forgotten about and never used as i don't need workspace I own a small family ranch. I deleted it and then no one was able to get to their emails any longer, including myself. I went back in and added workspace thinking that was the problem. that didn't help! I paid the 78.00 dollars on november 7, on november 9th i added workspace essential for 8.00. Still no one including myself can get into receive or send emails! I can get into my admin portion and it says i need to add SPF, i've read the articles but still have no idea how to do that or get my domain account back in working order. Do i have to have workspace? I do not need it, i only want my domain back up and running. Everyone that has emils in my domain need their emails back open. Please help!
i have created an email with yahoo so i may be able to get help, i have even called several numbers and was on hold with one for 5 hours, never got through!
