[Smartphone] How to block login with a Gmail account so that login only occurs on the corporate cell

Guys, how are you?

The company uses Google Workspace to manage users (partially), we are implementing MDM (URL Removed by Staff))

However, it cancels the access block only for the corporate device.  They presented us with the approval solution within Workspace, but we need a more automated way, perhaps through our corporate telephone registration database.

Could you help?
