Spam filter fails for particular group/domain

Our spam filters are failing for the group (PII Removed by Staff), we can send email spoofed mails and known spam mails here without action/banners/interception. For other accounts and groups, spam filtering works properly. We checked if spam handling was enabled for this group and it was. We also checked the gmail/safety group spam setting. Spam filters are enabled for all groups and spam messages are properly remediated.

I do not why spam comes trough?

Could it be SPF/DKIM related?
