Couple of days ago I found out that my Google workspace email addresses don't work. I accessed my admin account and found out that everything looks fine and active. Still, I am able to send emails but don't receive any. Senders get an error (505 I believe).
I also noticed that the domain registered in the settings, that I formerly owned, is not actual anymore. Because my company was inactive for couple of years I haven't renewed my company's internet domain, perfectmedia.ro. I still had my email addresses and decided to keep them, because I still own the company and wanted to reactivate it. So, I decided to pay in order to be able to use them. Google had introduced this billable service.
Last week, after finding out that my addresses are unusable I decided to cancel my paid subscription to Google.
Although it appears cancelled, today it still tried to get my money for a service I don't want and already canceled.
Now I want to delete everything. I don't need Google Workspace anymore.
It's impossible to get help from Google.
Can someone give me a hand??
