I am not aware Google making hardware like that...at this time, they are dedicated to the Pixel series and Nest Wifi series along with Google Fiber devices for folks in those areas of USA. If Google was making hardware, they would most likely talk about it in an I/O or public event they were doing or blogs they own but from my personal experience of hanging out in their communities (here and support.google.com) for the last 7 years, I can stay they don't always announce things till it is actually made and fully rolled out.
