as i read the article, we can send 1500 emails with multi-send button, and 500 for the replies,
if from 1500 receipts 10 receipts mark our email as spam, or move our email to spam folder, how we can have knowledge about this, as there is no any option available in the admin panel,
and because of these 10 receipts who mark our emails as spam, we are unable to use our other 500 mails to reply, and have to wait for next 24 hours.
"You have reached a limit for sending mail. Your message was not sent."
we haven't reached the limit just the 10 receipts mark our email as spam, and we got blocked.
this problem should have to be solve, as we don't know which user having issue with our mails, and mark us as spam. there should have a feature to see our daily report, how many users mark our emails as spam, how many landed in the user inbox, with the proper email address, so we can avoid sending emails to those users.
I am not sure about the report but there are 2 things you can take care:
1)make sure you send this only to your interested targeted audience.
2)Make sure the unsubscribe option is enabled while you send emails using multi send mode.
