Do you mean Chrome Extensions? If so, there is a way to auto update them. I found https://support.google.com/chrome/a/thread/3050651/chrome-extentions-are-automatically-updated-even-... an interesting read about if the browser updates are disabled does it impact the extension auto updates.

Thank you for the post.

I am trying to self diagnose the problem to an app not updating on my
browser but it does on all other users.

For my specific problem google help was not able to fix the problem or
answer my question correctly.

I will keep searching.

If I could make a suggestion, it might be easier for people to assist if they had more information including browser information (including if the browser is considered managed itself or not), type of extension, what type of account is on the device, is the device itself managed or not, etc.
