I'm not sure what is going on with my Google Workspace account set up for my business, but it has come to my attention that some emails that I have sent, as well as some received, are not going through to or from the recipient. Nothing is spelled incorrectly and they do not show up in spam and the emails sent show as 'sent'. This is really affecting my business and I'm getting the runaround with support through my domain (Squarespace) as well as through Google Workspace.
Any tips or assistance with this would be greatly appreciated to get this issue alleviated. Thank you.
@LindseyMatt28 Without the domain and other details, it's hard to say. Perhaps you have a DNS, or DKIM or SPF issue. If you send an email to cpanelloop@pccc.com, you'll get a report back from the email security system there to see what your domain looks like to a well configured anti-spam system. -KAM

Hi Kam, I also a new user with a nonprofit and we're striving to get teams to join GWS. However, I too notice that I no longer get emails in the job inbox or forwarded to my regular gmail. Would this have something to do with the domain being verified? Unsure if we had to verify for the free version and we just moved into the pay-phase. We are ncobraonline.org. @assistncobra a quick DNS lookup died you haven't configured your MX records:

@assistncobra Stephen Hind is correct, your MX record is set to eigbox.net IPs which is Endurance Internet Group now Newfold. They own a LOT of services. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newfold_Digital for more information there but definitely sounds like if you are trying to do email on Workspace that you need to do the setup process there. -KAM
