It seems ridiculous that voice messages can't be listened to and managed on the Polycom phone we are using with Voice for our business. Is this not a requested feature? I see that other services like RingCentral offer it no problem.
Hi @billhaw :
Check out https://support.google.com/voice/answer/146391?hl=en&ref_topic=1708439 for how to listen to messages on Google Voice using a desk (or any other landline) phone.
If you'd like to make a suggestion for a new feature for Google Voice, check out the Feature Ideas section here.
Hope that helps!

Thanks, Ian. Appreciate the link! We still have the problem that this is the main (only) phone for our business, and it's linked to my user account in Workspace. I'm happy to just check messages on my mobile or in a browser, but the people who rotate on the desk where the phone is have no access to the messages. Ideally, it would operate like a regular desk line, with the message indicator blinking when there's a message, which could also be listened to on the desk phone.
It would be great if Google implemented this. I imagine a lot of small businesses would appreciate it.
