Option for the user to edit their information on Directory

I know that in the Admin Console, there are a number of options to allow the user to change their profile information.

"As a Directory administrator, you control what profile information users can change for themselves, like their profile photo. If you allow it, users can change their name, photo, gender, birthday, or work location."

But my question is: Options allow editing of simple information such as birthday, phone. Where can I allow an input field to check or uncheck for the user to change their full profile information in Google Directory?

For example, an option (in Admin Console) to allow the user to change the phone and employee title field. (inside your account profile)

Currently, it seems that for complete information about the user, who should register is the administrator. 

Then, there is a way to allow this to be done by the user too.

The examples you list are currently not part of the user, but rather the user profile.

You should post this over in the Feature Ideas section, and if others agree with your idea, they will upvote it and it will catch the interest of the Google developers, and they might implement it.
