2025 Data regions : More information about Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals

Hello,

Our university based in France uses Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals.
How can I find out where our data are stored?

Because from the Admin console, I can't see anything in Data / Compliance -> Data Regions.
I find this is where I could see it from a Google Workspace paid version :

Is there another way to check where data are stored with Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals ?
Should I write to somebody at Google to find out?

If I read this Google doc : https://support.google.com/a/answer/14316863?co=DASHER._Family%3DEducation&oco=2&dark=1&sjid=4949098...

it's written :

"Fundamental data regions—Allows setting one data region policy for all users"

But in the same page no one cell is checked for these feature :

So I'm confused about it.
And I think these informations shoud be available somewhere.

Educations Fundamentals is not a supported SKU for Data Regions in any capacity, source

As such, there is no admin controls to decide where data is stored/processed. 

If this is a requirement for your organization, you should consider upgrading beyond the fundamentals SKU.
