I have two accounts in my workspace that were unexpectedly signed out. When I attempt to sign back in, I’m prompted to verify my identity with a verification code. The system asks me to insert a phone number so that the code can be sent.
However, when I input my phone number, I receive an error message stating that the number is incorrect. I never set a recovery phone number for these accounts, and there seems to be no other option for two-factor authentication.
Could you please assist me in regaining access to these accounts?

The information at https://support.google.com/a/answer/9176734 may help. When you get back in to those accounts, I would definitely recommend changing the password and setting up 2FA on them.
