550 permanent failure while sending email

Hai, am sending to email to my client, a email  blocked and 550 error code coming . My domain amc.Sa.com , client domain is algabada@spsp.edu.sa. Help me solve this problem.

Hello!

The message recipient has been block.

I recommend you to use the email log search, just to see if there isn't a rule created in you domain that is doing that.

If it is, you will see what rule blocked the user.
