I've just been enrolled as the admin of our school's Google workspace account.
Under Security\Access and data control\API controls I found a list of several apps and web services used for personal purposes (Tinder, Games, etc..) our users logged in using the Google Api Sign-in feature and their school account.
Now my questions are:
1) what are the technical issues that could happen in using a school account that is under a specific privacy policy?
2) what could happen to the personal infos (name.surname@schooldomain) if those services would undergo a cyber attack or a data breach?
3) as the admin in charge should I block those apis as soon as possible in order to prevent any privacy issues for our students / teachers / school privacy, before informing our Headmaster?
