Hello,
I am trying to access our reseller account but am constantly hitting road blocks.
When I log in, I receive the error:
Your sign-in settings don’t meet your organization’s 2-Step Verification policy.
Contact your admin for more info.
The issue is that I am the admin for the account. When I was finally able to track down a support form to contact Google, they e-mailed me. I replied but then receive a response saying:
Hello there,
It looks like something went wrong with your recent email to support.
If you're writing regarding an existing support case, please reply to a previous email on the case.
If you want to open a new case with support, please submit it to the appropriate team using one of the links below:

Google Maps Platform

I'm just replying directly to the e-mail so I am not removing any content, ticket IDs etc.
I'm just going round in circles trying to access the account. Can anyone help me please?

This is a bit of a joke now. Regardless of what e-mail address I use to create a support ticket and reply to it, I always get the same response. How the (Removed by Staff) can I actually speak to someone that can help?
