We were recently approved for the set up of a nonprofits workspace. I used my gmail account to set up the nonprofits account. I have the email confirming the set up with a button to 'My account' (see below):
That button takes me to a confirmation screen (see below)
And then when I click on 'Continue' it takes me to:
I am already showing as an administrator for the account, but even though I am logged in on my gmail account it won't let me select that account for the admin area. So what's is the problem? I have no way of contacting google because you have to log in in order to use the chat.
