Account log in failure

How do i reach google workspace support, i am failing to access my account. I am able to log in but i am unable to get verification codes. I am getting two errors 1 - "this number has been used too many times......"  and when i try another number - "this number can not be used for verification".

Google uses your ability to login to Admin as a gatekeeper to your ability to get support because they have no other way to verify you.  Assuming you did not do backup codes or other MFA and only have your phone number as your two-factor, I believe you will need to regain access with this KB first, https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en&fl=1&sjid=12425756893817434781-NA  HTH, KAM
