Add an emailaddress

Hi! I have a business emailadress (info@koffieschenkerij.com) and would like to make an alllias fo the manager (florian@koffieschenkerij.com), in order that he can send emails to suppliers etc. BUT: I dont want him to see the general inbox of info@, but I want that he has its own inbox (florian@). Can't find this info anywhere, would love to hear from sombody how I could solve this! Thanks in advance! Regards, Job

@koffieschenker Google provides instructions on how to set this - see:

For your office manager to have his own email address and not see email sent to other addresses, youโ€™d just create another account in your Google Workspace instance for him. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/33310 for all the details.
