Add an emailaddress

Hi! I have a business emailadress (info@koffieschenkerij.com) and would like to make an alllias fo the manager (florian@koffieschenkerij.com), in order that he can send emails to suppliers etc. BUT: I dont want him to see the general inbox of info@, but I want that he has its own inbox (florian@). Can't find this info anywhere, would love to hear from sombody how I could solve this! Thanks in advance! Regards, Job

For your office manager to have his own email address and not see email sent to other addresses, you’d just create another account in your Google Workspace instance for him. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/33310 for all the details.
