It does not seem possible to add shared notes to Google Voice Calls, which is something we do quite often with our current call solution. I am curious how people handle this.
Specific scenario: Incoming group call was missed, a member of the group wants to find out if somebody else has already called back. How does this get communicated?

If voicemails could be sent to a group instead of a user's email address, they could be triaged, assigned and tracked in a collaborative inbox... but as of now, voicemail must be delivered to a user.
