Address not found, but the address is not being emailed

When we mail a user in our Workspace we are getting this message. However we are mailing a completely different user, and the mail is being delivered to them fine. I checked the user account and no forwarding has been set up. How do I fix please? (actual address has been anonymized )

Your message wasn't delivered to (PII Removed by Staff) because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail.

Please file a support ticket 

It's ok I just fixed it. I set up a 'rule' a while ago and the other user left the business recently. Hence the problem.
