I just paid one year subscription with google workspace. As admin, I went ahead to setup the @mycompany email account. I then added the account to my mobile phone, ( I am the owner of the company and admin for the workspace), Google then went on to suspend my account- citing suspicious activity. I checked the suspicious activity IP address and it was my phone. I need to un-suspend the account so I can use it for my business. At the moment, i am unable to send or receive emails from the account...except google sends me a mail.
All the support i have seen is for a USER-Suspended account, my case is for ADMIN suspended, when the suspension was done by google
