Admin panel login

I have been approved for Workspace for Nonprofits. I got the email that it was activated. I try to login to the admin panel, and every time it goes back to the add account screen. I can't manage or add users to my Organization's Workspace if I can't login to the admin panel

I would recommend attempting this action from a fresh Incognito window, login there, and then see what happens.

Does any behavior change? Does anything different happen?

I am having the same issue. Tried with an incognito window and have also tried on different browsers and always get redirected back to the sign in page. Has anyone else had this issue and found a way to solve it?
