I set up a workspace with my Gmail. But when asked to verify my domain with my admin login, I can't do that because it wouldn't be my Gmail and workspace never asked me to make another admin login. Now I can't sign in to this business account or use my domain for Google  again. If someone could help me without directing me to the "24/7 support" it didn't help I've tried for 3 days and calling.

Check out all the various options for recovering admin access to your Google Workspace account at https://support.google.com/a/answer/33561?hl=en.

There are a number of options there including getting in touch with support as well as technical methods to prove to Google that you own your domain name and should be allowed to access the Workspace instance.
