Administrator Account

My colleague created a google workspace for nonprofit account. She added me as an administrator. When I try to log-in, I get this message:

Sign in with an administrator account
To sign in to admin.google.com, use an administrator account for a managed Google service, such as Google Workspace or Cloud Identity. Learn more about Google accounts

Before setting up the workspace account, we both created work emails with gmail, creating alias emails with the name of our organization. I am not sure what email to use when the admin console asks for a non-gmail email to sign-in.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

@kvliet you're either trying to sign in with the wrong accout, or you're signed in to multiple accounts (make a new Chrome profiel for the admin account) or the account is not an admin account.
