Hello I was wondering if there is any capable way of limiting end users to use Auto-Forwarding to only specific domains or allowlisted domains?

No, it's just on and off, you can't control the user side configuration about the recipients.

But you if you want to autoforwarding by the admin side, you can forwarding using the " recipient address map" configuration on the admin console:
