Everytime I try to go to Gmail: https://mail.google.com/
I am forwarded to https://admin.google.com/
Same with drive: https://drive.google.com/drive/home I am forwarded to https://admin.google.com/
I tried with different browsers and also in incognito mode. With this specific user (admin) I cannot access anything except the admin console. My Subscription is Google Workspace Business Starter but I have tried different subscriptions and the issue remains.
Please file a ticket with support via the admin console

Thank you Kevin, not sure if you have read that My Subscription is Google Workspace Business Starter. I am not entitled to get support. This is why I am asking the question here.
Standard Support is included with your Google Workspace license. It provides support with a 4-hour service-level objective (SLO) for P1 cases

It clearly says:
ยฟTienes la ediciรณn Essentials Starter? Para ponerte en contacto con el servicio de Asistencia, debes cambiarte a la ediciรณn Enterprise Essentials.
this means: Do you have the Essentials Starter edition? To contact Support, you must upgrade to the Enterprise Essentials edition.
Furthermore, Enterprise pricing is not even indicated:

But for sure out of my budget.
Thank you Kevin but My Subscription is Google Workspace Business Starter. I am not entitled to get support. This is why I am asking here.
Is now Google forcing to pay for an additional administrator license that does not have access to email? Is there a configuration issue? I have created additional users and other users do not have this issue. Only the first user created, which is the administrator user. I am considering to create a new administrator user, assign him admin privileges and delete the old user, but prefer to ask before the situation gets worse since this domain is currently in production.
