Answers from google forms do not enter the google evaluation form.

We had organised an inspiration day for a client with +-45 people. Immediately after the session, we had the participants scan a QR code to fill in the google form. None of these responses came in.

Later that day, I & other colleagues tried this separately, using the same QR code and this did come in.

Is it possible that google blocks some IP addresses, if many people fill in the google form at the same time on the same wifi?

Or are there other possibilities why it doesn't work?
