@icrew unfortunately Google has really confused things here. Bard is available for Google Workspace accounts and admins have the ability to enable or disable Bard working within their Workspace accounts.
On top of that, to simply add confusion, Google has just released "Extensions" for Bard and Google's saying these extensions work with "Google Workspace". What Google actually means is these extensions work with with Google products , e.g. Gmail, Docs and Drive, but also it works with Youtube and Maps which are not part of Google Workspace as we refer to it. Here's a screenshot from my personal Gmail account accessing Bard's new Extensions:
TO DOUBLE-DOWN ON THIS CONFUSION Google does not allow these "Google Workspace Extensions" to work with Google Workspace accounts (at the moment at least - hopefully this will change)!
Expect an awful lot of users to get confused over this because "Google Workspace Extensions" don't work with Google Workspace accounts.
Sometimes Google can see sense (well almost - I wonder when Gemini will get rebranded to Google Assistant - it's going to happen, right?)
Google has just announced a brand new update that gives you the old Bard chat interface, rebranded as Gemini and uses Gemini Advanced if you pay for Duet-AI (also renamed to Gemini Enterprise). We pay for Duet-AI/Gemini Enterprise or our Workspace and we appear to have the updated Bard/Gemini
but this still does not offer Extensions, yet (see below)

This is only good news as far as I'm concerned as Bard/Gemini was always better than "Help me write": and with extensions this will make it extremely powerful.
