Hi, I need urgent technical support! Because I mistakenly deleted my Google Pay Billing account associated with Google Cloud, my Google Cloud vps was shut down by the system. Now it is causing my e-commerce site to be inaccessible! This is a business that is already live! Please take care of this urgently, thank you very much!!!! I am now unable to operate any option in the cloud console, the system says I have a permission issue and I can't even request cloud tech support, please help me!
