Billing set up

Hi everyone,

I am trying to purchase the Google Workspace Business Starter but having been able to edit the address field on the checkout page, which makes it impossible to checkout.

Once I get to the checkout page:

Plan info: ok

Account type: business

Tax Info: ok

Business name: ok

Business Address, state, city and postal code fields: unavailable - I cannot edit those fields.

Primary contact and payment method are ok as well.

Has anyone experienced that too? So frustrating.

My free trial will end soon and I can't have my billing set up.

I haven't experienced that, but it sounds to me like there's at least a chance that it's a browser issue (like cache, cookies, browser plug-ins). Have you tried with an incognito window and/or a different browser (like Firefox, Edge, or Safari instead of Chrome)?
