I have been working, searching, and trying to configure my new work email through workspace. Some emails go through, others do not; especially domains outside of gmail. Some automatically fail and others are delayed.
I am new to this and no matter what I search, I cannot find a clear answer as to how to add or configure an IP address to a new workspace business email. Here is the notification when trying to email google support. Thank you in advance
Sounds like you need to set up the MX records for your business's domain to point to Google. Google's got a nice step-by-step guide to doing that over at https://support.google.com/a/answer/140034?hl=en

I did my best, but the tool doesn't work for me and emails no longer send from this email. I get a 503 error. It seems my smtp is not configured properly. My website seems intact, but the email recieves and does not send.
A few thoughts:
1) It sounds like this may be an issue that's more likely to get solved by contacting Google Support. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/1047213?hl=en for how.
2) https://support.google.com/a/answer/140038?hl=en does include some troubleshooting information, if you want to try to fix it on your own.
