Hi!

I own a small startup and want to get google workspace Business Standard for myself as I needed the record feature and the huge storage for my own needs and just Business Starter for my team as they don't need the other features the Business standard has. Is that possible?

Google does offer a thing called "split domain licensing," only through their resellers, that does allow this sort of thing, but it has some pretty strict restrictions in terms of a minimum number of licenses you need to buy, etc. A reseller could explain all the details--see https://cloud.google.com/find-a-partner/ to find one near you.

A different option might be to go with Business Starter, then purchase additional storage space. See https://support.google.com/a/answer/12284220?hl=en for details about that.
