When uploading an image in Google Sheets, the progress bar fills up to completion, but then it freezes at that state without any further action (neither the browser nor PC crashes). Among the upload options, selecting to upload to Google Drive separately works as intended. However, this method is quite cumbersome. It would be desirable for the process of inserting an image into Google Sheets cells and uploading to work seamlessly. Such occurrences have happened frequently in the past as well.

The attempted solutions I have tried have not resolved the issue.
The Google Drive account has more than sufficient storage capacity.
The image size is not large.
The image format is a regular PNG.
Network connectivity is fine.
The browser being used is Chrome, and it is the latest version (just confirmed).
It was working until yesterday, but it is not functioning today.
I have tried refreshing the page.
I have rebooted the computer.
I checked "https://www.googlecloudcommunity.com/gc/Workspace-Q-A/CAN-NO-LONGER-UPLOAD-IMAGES-ON-GOOGLE-SHEETS/m..." this one. But that thread didnt have solution.
